There is the Hachioji International Association on the 11th floor. They have language lessons, counseling, and more for foreigners.There is a Kaldi (international goods), Serial (100 yen store), Krispy Kreme, Starbucks, and lots more.

Tokyu square is one of the main shopping malls around hachioji station. I usually go to the restaurant area on 8 and 9 floors for meals. One plus for this mall is that it offers seats beside of each floor elevator.
